Descriptionas found in one of the trunks from the collection in super shape is this very attractive gilbert chime mantle clock with teh original green in good shape & very nicely originally painted on three sides with a plague on front showing as in pic's. Stands 8 & 1/2 inches high 6 & 1/2 inches wide & 4 inches deep. Has a real good looking gold face that says gilbert 1807 running good & strong with a very good looking quality movement that strikes on the half hour & striking out the time on the hour with a nice soft chime, comes with the key a nice clock good luck & happy bidding.
